Hard alloy is an alloy material made of hard compound of refractory metal and bonding metal by powder metallurgy process. One or more of the carbides composed of bonded metal drills is often called hard alloy. Precision parts processing plants are inseparable from hard alloy. For those with small machining allowance, grinding can be directly carried out with grinding wheels or profiling processing can be carried out with PCD tools. (3) When cutting ribs in Crescent grooves of hard alloy Rolls, CDW025 Diamond carving milling cutter (Also known as fly cutter, rotary milling cutter). For the milling process of hard alloy parts, CVD diamond coated milling cutter and diamond insert milling cutter can be provided to process precision parts according to customer requirements, which can replace electrolytic corrosion and electric spark process, improve production efficiency and product quality, such as CVD diamond coated milling cutter for micro-milling of hard alloy, the surface roughness can reach 0. 073 μ m. CVD diamond coated tools- NJPE precision diamond insert milling cutter is mostly Ball Cutter, PCD or BL-PCD (Binder-free nanocrystalline diamond)Brazed to a hard alloy cutter bar, where BL- PCD cutting edge is higher than traditional PCD tools, such as BL- PCD ball end milling cutter milling hard alloy mold can achieve surface roughness less than 10nm.
