Forced vibration and installation requirements for large-scale machining, Nanjing Precision Engineering Co., ltd

by:NJPE     2020-02-16
In the process of large-scale mechanical processing and production, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products will be called technological processes, to a certain extent, it is effective including its blank manufacturing, parts processing, heat treatment, quality inspection and machine assembly. However, in order to ensure the normal operation of the technological process, the manufacturing of cutting tools and fixtures and the adjustment and maintenance of machine tools are auxiliary processes. Large-scale mechanical processing technicians need to determine the technological process to be adopted during operation according to the quantity of their products, equipment conditions and the quality of workers, and will write relevant contents into technological documents, this kind of document is called process procedure. In order to facilitate the preparation, implementation and production organization and management of process procedures, the process needs to be divided into different levels of units. Large-scale machining is a process, installation, station, step and knife. The process is the basic unit in the process. The machining process of parts consists of several processes. One process may include one or several installations, each installation may include one or several stations, and each station may include one or several steps, each step may include one or several passes. Forced vibration in large mechanical processing 1. Forced vibration: during operation, it is directly caused by the external periodic interference force of the process system. There is no difference between forced vibration in mechanical processing and forced vibration in general machinery, the frequency of forced vibration is the same as or a multiple of the interference force. 2. Causes of forced vibration: the vibration sources of forced vibration come from the internal vibration source of the machine tool and the external vibration source of the machine tool. There are many external vibration sources, but they are all transmitted to the machine tool through the foundation and can be isolated by adding a vibration isolation Foundation. The main internal vibration sources in large-scale machining are 1. Vibration of machine tool motor. 2. Vibration caused by imbalance of high-speed rotating parts of machine tools. 3. Vibration caused by defects of machine tool transmission mechanism, such as changes in gear backlash and belt tension. 4. Vibration caused by impact during cutting. 5. Vibration caused by inertial force of reciprocating parts.
