The main internal vibration sources in large-scale machining are 1. Vibration of machine tool motor. 2. Vibration caused by imbalance of high-speed rotating parts of machine tools. 3. Vibration caused by defects of machine tool transmission mechanism, such as changes in gear backlash and belt tension. 4. Vibration caused by impact during cutting. 5. Vibration caused by inertial force of reciprocating parts.
