Rough machining reverse milling, finish machining forward milling; The tool material has good toughness and low hardness, which is suitable for rough machining.  The tool material has poor toughness and high hardness, which is suitable for finish precision machining. The clamping method of the processed parts on the numerical control machine tool of the mechanical processing factory should also reasonably select the positioning Benchmark and clamping scheme.  When selecting the precise benchmark, generally, the two principles of 'datum unification' and 'datum coincidence' should be followed.  In addition to these two principles, all surface processing should be completed as far as possible in one positioning and clamping.  Therefore, it is necessary to select a positioning method that is convenient for each surface to be processed. When the workpiece is clamped at one time, all surfaces of the workpiece should be processed; When determining the placement position of the workpiece on the workbench, consideration should be given to the influence of the precision machining of each station, the length of the cutter and the rigidity of the cutter on the precision machining quality. Fixtures used in controlled processing should be assembled by common components and adjustable to shorten the production preparation cycle. When the mechanical processing plant arranges the processing sequence, the basic principles must be observed, including 'first face and then hole', 'first coarse and then fine', etc. According to the tool centralized process processing, avoid repeated use of the same tool, reduce the number and time of tool change. For hole systems with high coaxial requirements, the hole systems at other coordinate positions should be processed after all the processing of the hole system is completed after one positioning, in this way, errors generated during repeated positioning can be eliminated and the coaxiality of the hole system can be improved. Choose to determine the knife point and change the knife point.  Once it is determined, it should not be replaced.
