1. Matters needing attention in installation and debugging of spindle bearings (1) When installing, debugging and assembling a single bearing, try to make the eccentricity between the positioning inner hole of the main shaft and the diameter of the main shaft and the eccentricity between the inner ring of the bearing and the Raceway as close as possible, and make the direction opposite, in this way, the eccentricity after assembly can be reduced. (2) Installation and debugging of two bearings when installing the spindle bearings with two supports, the eccentricity direction of the front and rear support bearings shall be the same, and the eccentricity shall be appropriately selected. The precision of the front bearing should be one grade higher than that of the rear bearing, so as to minimize the eccentricity of the front-end positioning surface of the assembled spindle component. When repairing the machine tool to disassemble the spindle bearing, the original manufacturer has adjusted the eccentric position of the bearing, so it is necessary to make a circular position mark before disassembly, ensure that the original relative position of the bearing and the main shaft is unchanged after reassembly, and reduce the influence on the main shaft components. When assembling the bearings with interference fit, the hot or cold installation process should be adopted for installation, and brute force should not be knocked, so as not to damage the bearings during installation and affect the performance of the machine tool. 2. Precautions for installation and debugging of ball screw nut pair ball screw nut pair is only used to bear axial load. Radial force and bending moment will cause adverse loads such as additional surface contact stress on the ball screw pair, which may cause permanent damage to the screw. Therefore, when installing the ball screw nut pair to the machine tool, attention should be paid :(1) The ball nut should move within the effective stroke, and limits must be configured at both ends of the stroke to prevent the nut from breaking away from the screw shaft and causing the ball to fall off. (2) Due to the high transmission efficiency of the ball screw nut pair, it cannot be self-locked. When it is used for vertical transmission, if the weight of the parts is not balanced, it must be prevented after the transmission stops or the motor loses power, reverse transmission caused by dead weight of components can be used to prevent reverse transmission: worm gear transmission, electric brake, etc. (3) The axis of the lead screw must be parallel to the axis of the matching guide rail, and the center of the bearing seat at both ends of the machine tool must be in line with the center of the nut seat at three points. (4) When the ball screw nut pair is installed on the machine tool, do not remove the nut from the screw shaft. If it must be removed, use the auxiliary sleeve, otherwise the ball may fall off during loading and unloading. (5) When the nut is loaded into the mounting hole of the nut seat, collision and eccentricity should be avoided. (6) In order to prevent chips from entering and abrasion the ball screw nut pair, protective devices such as wrinkle protective cover and spiral steel belt protective cover can be installed to completely protect the screw shaft. In addition dust for a long time can be in screw nuts on both ends increase dust ring. 3. Precautions for installation and debugging of linear rolling guide rail (1) Handle with care during installation to avoid bumping and affecting the linear accuracy of the guide rail. (2) It is not allowed to detach the slider from the guide rail or push it back beyond the stroke. If the slider needs to be removed due to installation difficulties, the guide rail should be used. (3) When the linear rolling guide rails are used in pairs, the main and auxiliary guide rails are divided. First, the main guide rails are installed. The reference side of the set guide rails is closely attached to the reference side of the installation step, and the mounting bolts are tightened, then, based on the main guide rail pair, find and install the auxiliary guide rail pair. Looking for is exactly the parallelism and flatness of the two guide rail pairs. Finally, tighten the fastening bolts of the slider in turn.
