Optimization of process parameters based on orthogonal experimental design 1. Its biggest advantage is to select a part of representative factor level combination in the comprehensive test to do the test, and then optimize all the test factors through the method of variance analysis, which can greatly reduce the number of tests, help researchers find the best parameter combination with the least number of tests and analyze the influence degree of each test factor on the test Index. Only when the value is appropriate can the search speed of parameter selection be improved and the optimal parameter combination be found. The value range of the above five test factors can be determined according to the recommended value of Moldflow software.
