(5) The storage battery needs to be replaced regularly. Under normal circumstances, even if the battery does not fail, it should be replaced once a year to ensure that the numerical control system can maintain normal operation, battery replacement should be carried out while the CNC device is powered on to prevent data loss. (6) How to maintain the numerical control system when it is not used for a long time? In order to improve the utilization rate of the numerical control system and reduce its failure rate, it is not advisable for the numerical control machine tool to be idle for a long time, if the numerical control system is idle for a long time, two points need to be paid attention to: first, power on the system frequently, especially in rainy season with high ambient humidity, under the condition that the machine tool is still locked, let the system run empty, and use the heat generated by the electrical components to disperse the moisture in the numerical control device to ensure the stability of the performance of the electrical components and components, in areas with high air humidity, frequent power supply is an effective measure to reduce the failure rate. (7) For the maintenance of the spare printed circuit board, the printed circuit board of the precision parts processing factory is not used for a long time and is prone to failure.
