For the numerical control machine tools that are to be incorporated into the production system with high degree of automation, it must be clear that the numerical control system has corresponding access solutions, including low-level direct access to the built-in OPC Server of the numerical control system relying on PLC input and output points, and opening the internal data of the numerical control system to users according to OPC standards; In addition, for production systems, automated on-line workpiece inspection and tool inspection are also necessary functions.
