Stainless steel material factor: stainless steel may contain chromium, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements, which are relatively soft and nickel is relatively high, so sticking knives are generated during high temperature cutting, cause burrs to increase. 2.
Improved tool: the tool is not sharp enough, because Tool Wear has a great influence on the formation of burrs. When the tool is worn to a certain extent, the arc of the tool tip increases, and the tool is used to a certain extent, renewable blade;
When machining precision parts, arc Chamfering should be adopted to reduce burrs.
Under the same cutting conditions, diamond tools are more conducive to inhibiting Burr formation than other tools. 3.
The entry and exit sequence of the tool tip: not only the size of the Burr in the exit direction of the tool increases, but also the cutting direction of the tool will generate a burr; 4.
Modify milling parameters, increase the size of the feed speed and adjust the direction, etc;
